5 năm xây dựng distributed systems ở quy mô production.

Tôi là Trần Đăng Tùng, backend engineer tại SmartOSC, team ConnectPOS — hệ thống POS đa kênh với hơn 100 Go microservices đang chạy ở môi trường production.

Stack hàng ngày bao gồm Go, gRPC, Kafka, MySQL, Redis, Cassandra, Kubernetes. Đã làm việc với các tích hợp phức tạp như Authorize.net recurring billing, OpenSearch CDC sync, Freshsales và Zoho Books integration.

Ngoài công việc chính, tôi đang xây dựng GoClaw — một multi-agent AI gateway open-source — và Synkao CRM dành cho ngành print-on-demand.

Xây dựng và maintain hơn 100 Go microservices cho hệ thống POS đa kênh. Phụ trách các tích hợp phức tạp: Authorize.net recurring billing với CIM, Freshsales CRM, Zoho Books, WooCommerce, Shopify, BigCommerce. Xử lý các vấn đề về Redis cluster, gRPC message size, Kafka event streaming. Nghiên cứu và triển khai OpenSearch thay thế MySQL cho product search với CDC sync.
